Flowers arrived safely. Beautiful condition- unlike flowers I received via another company! Would definitely use them if I wanted to send any!

Ordered flowers for my friend and I got an email to say that delivery had been delayed due to the flight they were due to be delivered on had been cancelled.

No update on delivery two days later I emailed customer service who said they had been in transit for five days offered a refund they tried to call me ones and then ignored my emails.

No voucher to apologise just a refund.when the flowers arrived I was so embarrassed because of cause they were dead

Ordered a bouquet of roses as a gift for my wife on Valentine's Day. Ordered five days before with guaranteed delivery for the 14th. They didn't arrive until the day after. When I contacted Post-a-Rose they did respond quickly, apologising for the delay, but initially ignored my question about guaranteed delivery. I again asked what the guarantee entailed, but got a polite 'tough luck' reply. Hardly guaranteed, then. I've used this company before and had good service, but it seems somewhat 'pot-luck'. I won't be using them again.

Really easy to order, reasonably priced and the wife loved them! Will use again.

Incredible service, delivered early on the day in question and the roses were just the best I've ever seen. Blew any other florist out of the water. Sinead in Customer Services was great with my queries. All in all I cannot recommend this service highly enough, great prices, great service and an oustanding product. I ordered flowers nearly 3 weeks ago for my friend. They should have arrived on Sat. 20th but 2 days later there is no sign of them and no message of a delay. I’ve rang many times but the phone doesn’t seem to work. I’ve emailed twice and they haven’t replied.
I’ve ordered several times before and they were always reliable. Postage was refunded.

I was sent red roses for valentines. They arrived a day early and at least a week past their best.
I've tried contacting post a rose but no reply.
Terrible service.

I ordered 18 yellow roses for Valentine's day and a teddy bear they arived on Saturday as promised but by Sunday they were ready to throw away I've emailed and messaged them but of course no answer. Terrible service and out of date flowers

I am extremely happy with the roses I ordered the deluxe 2 dozen roses and they were brilliant and were delivered on time, after I spoke to a post a rose rep he said they will arrive before midday and the did. I would recommend this company .

Ordered 2 dozen Roses for my wife on our wedding annivarsary.
When they arrived there was an issue with them.
I contacted post a rose and they apologised and sent another 2 dozen as an apology.
Good customer service.

I sent one of your sunflower bouquets to my sister who said it was largest bouquet she had ever seen and loved it.

This is the first time i have used this company.. wish i had found it sooner.
Had an issue with address part but a quick call and was happily sorted.
Flowers arrived today as requested and recipient was over the moon. Seems way bigger than i expected. From pics i have seen i will def be using again

Wow Factor ! I sent two dozen yellow roses, My friend was so happy, sent me a photo they were FABULOUS! I highly recommend this company, quick delivery, reasonably priced and top quality flowers!!!!

Awful - Flowers were sent as a condolence on the death of my wife's father. Some stems were broken, many flowers and bottom of the stems were brown and broken flowers and leaves were on the bottom of the box. Contact was made using the contact us section of the website (along with photographs) and they haven't even had the decency to respond. I'm glad I wasn't the one who bought them. I get better flowers from Aldi.
